Meet the Founder
Brian Graves
Iron Pine was born from a simple belief:
Strong roots create lasting impact.
I believe growth happens in many places — in boardrooms where leaders cast vision, in classrooms where knowledge becomes opportunity, through acts of service that strengthen communities, and in the outdoors, where distractions fade, relationships deepen, and timeless values are passed from one generation to the next.
Together, these experiences became the foundation for Iron Pine.
After serving in the United States military, working in law enforcement, leading safety and operations across multiple industries, and spending decades pursuing a deep appreciation for God’s creation and the outdoors, I came to understand that lasting influence is rarely built through a single moment. It is built through intentional relationships, shared experiences, servant leadership, and a commitment to investing in others.
That conviction became the driving force behind Iron Pine.
Today, Iron Pine exists to equip individuals, strengthen organizations, and serve communities through professional services, education, leadership development, outdoor experiences, and the work of the Iron Pine Heritage Foundation. While each part of Iron Pine serves a unique purpose, they all share the same mission:
To help people build lives of purpose, lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and leave a legacy that reaches far beyond themselves.
