Christy Graves brings more than 20 years of experience in the online marketplace and marketing. As a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and passionate follower of Jesus, she has a genuine heart for every individual life in need of hope. Christy helps communicate the mission of Iron Pine with compassion, creativity, and a commitment to ensuring people know they are seen, valued, and never beyond the reach of hope.
Jonah Barnes
Technical Director
Jonah Barnes is a successful entrepreneur, business owner, and respected leader in his community. A passionate follower of Jesus, Jonah has a heart to reach his generation and the generations that follow with the hope found in Christ. Through his technical leadership and entrepreneurial perspective, Jonah helps Iron Pine build meaningful tools, platforms, and connections that equip people and advance the mission.
Roger Patterson
Global Director
Roger Patterson is the founder of Life Trek Mission, a husband, father, grandfather, and second-generation global-impact leader. His father served as a missionary in Africa for more than 30 years. Following in those footsteps, Roger has devoted his life to serving villages, caring for orphans, and making a difference in the lives God places in his path.
Roger has a deep passion for global missions and for reaching men who need hope, purpose, and direction through Jesus. An avid hunter and outdoorsman, he also uses his love for the outdoors as a bridge to build relationships, mentor others, and create opportunities for life-changing conversations.
Brian Graves
Founder & President
Brian Graves is a third-generation veteran, retired law-enforcement professional, business leader, husband, father, grandfather, and lifelong outdoorsman with a heart for people. His experience in military service, law enforcement, operations, safety, and leadership has shaped a practical, people-first approach to serving others with integrity and purpose.
Brian's father served as a pastor for more than 40 years. Following in the footsteps of his father's mission, Brian carries forward a deep conviction that a life of faith should be lived in service to others. He is a passionate follower of Jesus with a vision to reach the next generation and every person who is hurting, confused, or without hope.
Brian's heart is centered on God, family, country, and global impact. He has a particular passion for veterans and first responders; fathers, mothers, and children; orphans and widows; and every soul in need of the light and hope found only in Jesus.
From our own backyard to communities around the world, Brian believes lives are changed when people are seen, equipped, encouraged, and given a reason to hope.
